“0038” order has not created any anti-constitutional situation: Kocharyan’s attorney

“0038” order and March 1 developments are not interconnected, Robert Kocharyan’s attorney Hayk Alumyan told the reporters today.

“The “0038” order does not present any issue. It has not resulted in the creation of anti-constitutional or illegal situations, on the contrary it has prevented the involvement of the army. Works were being carried out inside the army to bring the militaries to Freedom Square for them to participate in political processes,” Alumyan said.

He stressed that after the whole text of the order becomes available it will become clear that it has not caused any negative results.

“I can state for sure that the ‘0038’ order has not created any anti-constitutional situation,” the attorney said, adding that all will get convinced in it after the full text of the order becomes available.
