Armenian, Azerbaijani FMs speak about preparing peoples to peace

Armenian acting foreign minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan met with his Azerbajani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov with the mediation and participation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs in Paris, on January 16, MFA press service reports.

Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk was also present at the meeting.

Useful exchange of ideas took place during the meeting addressed at reaching wider mutual understanding and establishing trust.

The meeting lasted for almost four hours during which the parties referred to a wide range of issues including preparing people to peace, establishing security and stable regional development.

No exact date of the next meeting was decided by the two foreign ministers agreed to continue the consistent contacts during the upcoming months.
