Premiere of Russian “T-34” film about Great Patriotic War takes place in Yerevan
“T-34” Russian film premier took place on January 25 in Yerevan. Veterans of the Great Patriotic war, Russian ambassador to Armenia, actors, mass media representatives were invited for the premiere.
The Armenian premiere of the film was organized by Sharm Holding which also invited the members of the creative team of the film.
The film by director Alexey Sidorov tells about an episode of Great Patriotic War. A tankman, junior lieutenant Ivushkin, appearing in German captivity, plans an unrealistic escape with his hope being just a legendary T-34 tank and his 3-member team.
Russian and world premiere of the film took place recently and has already been watched my 8 million people.
“This film is very significant for all, and especially for youth. It is a great example of patriotism,” Russian ambassador Sergey Kopirkin said, adding that he was glad to see veterans in the hall.
The budget of the film made about 10 million USD. The shootings took place in Russia and Czechia.
