Armenia’s Armed Forces, Artsakh’s Defense Army the only security guarantors of two republics: Armenia’s PM

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited today Armenia’s Defense Ministry and conducted consultations with the Armenian DM head staff and highest officer staff of the Armed Forces.

Greeting the present, Pashinyan attached significance to such format meetings from viewpoint of the government-Armed Forces effective cooperation.

“Our chief issue is to serve our security challenges. Our political priorities have not changed. The number one security guarantor of Armenia and Artsakh is Armenian Armed Forces and Artsakh’s Defense Army. We fix that the natural development of the armed forces and their correspondence to contemporary efficiency rules and security needs of Armenia and Artsakh is our absolute priority. We must continue working in that direction having short-term, mid-term and long-term purposes as well as strategy of actions,” the country’s PM stressed.
