SRC chairman not to be the only state official called to NA for discussions: My Step faction head

Head of My Step faction Lilit Makunts says a certain issue has been created over the rewards. The laws allow officials to have them, while on the other hand it raises sense of injustice among people.

“We want to have effective state system where the issues voiced by the people are being solved. If we do not have well-paid specialists, the issues will remain. We must see where is the gold middle and with what bills the issue may be regulated,” Makunts told the reporters after the discussions held with State Revenue Committee chairman Davit Ananyan.

She said the rewards’ issue was discussed with Ananyan to understand the situation.

“Mr Ananyan will not be the only representative with who we are going to have discussions as we want comprehensive solutions,” she said, stressing that as of now, she cannot tell who the next invited officials will be.

As to whether the NA faction has the authority to invite officials to the NA in conditions when no extraordinary session of NA or committee is convened, Makunts said that each faction is free to conduct open or closed meetings with representatives of state institutions.
