Meetings between Armenian, Azerbaijani leaders, FMs scheduled: Russian deputy FM
Meetings between leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well foreign ministers are scheduled, deputy foreign minister of Russia Grigory Karasin told the reporters in Yerevan today.
“We hail the meetings of the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, and we have voiced our wish for them to be continuous. OSCE Minsk-Group co-chairs are working in that direction. New meetings are to come on different levels – both on the levels of the leaders of the two countries and foreign ministers. These meetings must be well-prepared to be substantial and have real outcome and progress,” Karasin said.
He stressed the necessity of predictability over Karabakh conflict.
“We want the calmness and relative predictability registered in the past months be permanent. All the co-chairing countries agree that force scenarios must be excluded,” he said.
