Rewards of State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre employees totaled 295 million 336 thousand AMD for September-December 2018

The rewards of over 900 employees of State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre totaled 295 million 336 thousand AMD from September-December 2018, head of the committee Sarhat Petrosyan informed Aysor.am.

Asked who of the employees received the biggest reward, Petrosyan said the territorial divisions’ real estate registers received reward amounting to 90% of their monthly salary.

High rewards were also given to technical service providing staff who received 89% of their monthly salary as a reward.

The deputy heads of the committee received 73,9% of their monthly salary and the head of the committee 34%.

“If we want to have skilled, uncorrupted system we must do everything for the people to want to work in the state system,” the official said.

He also added that in October 2018 the committee has worked out new order for encouraging employees the details of which are still being discussed.

“It supposes fair distribution, encouragement in accordance with work quality. The order will be placed on our website,” he said, adding that before the application of the new order, a “transit order” functioned with his instruction which supposed financial encouragements to all 900 employees from 25-90% of their monthly salary with exclusion of those who were on holiday or received reprimand.
