Transport communication and IT minister urges to search theses in government’s program not numbers

Transport, communication and IT minister Hakob Arshakyan urges not to search only numbers in the government’s program but pay attention to the forwarded theses as well.

Speaking to reporters after cabinet sitting, the minister described the program as initiative and risky.

“Numbers were discussed and were forwarded as to in what format they will be published or will be published in general, is difficult to say. All the visions are compiled in the program and I will urge you to search not only numbers but theses as well, to see what vision the program has for Armenia’s development,” the minister said, responding to the observation that the program lacks numbers.

Asked on what basis he may claim that the program is revolutionary, the minister said that one of the examples is that the government views high technology and military industry as a prior branch.
