Government’s program does not promise economic revolution: PAP faction head

Prosperous Armenia faction head Gagik Tsarukyan described the government’s program a well-written program full of good wishes.

“I do not hide, there are 2-3 provisions the implementation of which will make people feel positive changes in their lives,” Tsarukyan said.

Asked whether the faction has already made a decision on how to vote for a program, Tsarukyan said, “A revolution took place, today is the turn for economic revolution. This is not a program for economic revolution, if it is not changed we will not vote for it.”

He noted that financial sources, terms, mechanisms are necessary for economic revolution which lack today. Tsarukyan noted that economic growth is necessary for attracting investments.

“Investments will not be made on their own. We will not go and ask people make investments. For attracting investments it is necessary to change laws and conditions. The investment conditions are viewed in comparison. Ours must be the best,” he said.

Tsarukyan also noted that for revolution it is necessary to have “spirit and wish” and for economic revolution money, sources, terms and mechanisms.
