December 9 elections first ones not disputed by any political forces: CEC chairman
President of Central Electoral Commission Tigran Mukuchyan presented today at the extraordinary sitting of NA’s State-Legal Affairs Standing Committee the report on CEC activity at the December 9 snap parliamentary elections in Armenia.
The CEC president said that the commission managed to carry out its activity in short period of time. Mukuchyan stressed that no violations of timeframe was registered.
Before the voting and during it all the international and local observers had an opportunity to “fully follow” the pre-electoral and voting process.
In 57 polling stations recalculation was done with no changes having been registered.
The CEC president, who was holding the post during the previous authorities, said previously the results of the voting were disputed while this was the first time they were not.
