NSS refutes information about criminal case filed against SCS chairman Davit Sanasaryan
A number of media sources reported yesterday that National Security Service has filed criminal case against chairman of the State Control Service Davit Sanasaryan and heads of two departments.
According to the information, the reason is illegal influence and intervention into process of tenders and purchases.
Speaking to Aysor.am, head of the NSS press service Samson Galstyan said that the information is false, it does not correspond to reality.
Earlier speaking to Hetq.am, director of Fresenius company, Armenian partner of German company supplying necessary equipment for hemodialysis Hrant Pivazyan said that the State Control Service is trying to impede the activity of their company.
Pivazyan said with the order of Sanasaryan and intervention of the SCS officials a number of changes have been made in the purchase process as a result of which a company supplying furniture to state establishments for years won the tender.
Pivazyan claimed that an attempt is being made to take their business.
In response, Sanasaryan wrote on Facebook that he cannot unveil any details until the end of the examination.
“Irrespective of speculations the fight against monopolies continues,” he wrote.
