Azerbaijan continues militarization and engineering works on the border: Davit Babayan

There are two realities in the Nagorno-Karabakah conflict settlement process – on one side the ceasefire violation cases have reduced, on the other, Azerbaijan continues sowing hatred on the state level, spokesperson for the Artsakh Republic president Davit Babayan said, speaking to Aysor.am.

“Of course, we must register that the cases of violation of ceasefire regime have noticeably reduced and it is very good that Nikol Pashinyan and Aliyev have an arrangement, but in parallel with it the hatred toward Armenia continues being propagated in Azerbaijan on a state level. The Azerbaijani leadership continues military rhetoric,” Babayan said.

“They continue militarization, engineering works are being undertaken in bordering regions. Yes, on one hand the reduction of ceasefire violation cases is welcomed but on the other, the hatred toward Armenians is one of the milestones of Azerbaijani policy and this reality does not change,” Babayan said.
