Armenian ambassador to Russia expresses indignation over participation of Russian MPs in anti-Armenian march in Baku

Armenian ambassador to Russia Vardan Toghanyan expressed indignation regarding the participation of the Russian MPs in the anti-Armenian march in Baku.

“We express our indignation over the participation of Russian parliamentarians in the accentuated anti-Armenian march in Baku aimed at ruining the trust in the region,” the ambassador told Russian Echo of Moscow radio station.

He stressed that the motives of the parliamentarians are not clear, like it is unclear their solidarity to Baku and mission in the anti-Armenian actions there which are part of the propaganda carried out by the authorities of the state.

“As previously, now too we are aimed at building bridges of friendship and fair and allied relations. We hope that our Russian colleagues will respond to the participation of the MPs in the anti-Armenian march,” Toghanyan said.
