Armenia’s diplomatic representatives should be more active: PAP MP

Prosperous Armenia faction MP Naira Zohrabyan said they are actively discussing Armenia-EU road map.

“As member of the Armenia-EU inter-departmental task group member I can say that we are thoroughly discussing the road map to be approved in the near future. I must say that, in essence, the works on the road map may be considered completed,” Zohrabyan said.

To the comment that non parliamentary forces claim that not enough steps are undertaken for the ratification of the Armenia-EU Agreement Zohrabyan said that in some regard she will agree with the assessment.

“I think our diplomatic representations must be more active. You know that elections of European Parliament are set for May and I do not think that the 10 and more countries who have not ratified the agreement will think about it on the threshold of these elections,” she said.
