Negotiations over Karabakh conflict settlement to continue after stressing de jure independence of Artsakh: PAP leader
The Prosperous Armenia party qualifies the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs’ statement a one-sided, not meeting the demands of Armenian people, PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan told the reporters today.
“It was one-sided statement and unacceptable for us,” Tsarukyan said.
As to the response after the statements, Tsarukyan said that the Armenian side has not given an equivalent response to it.
“Azerbaijan accepted the statement of the Minsk Group, but there is no complete response from our side. We and the people of Artsakh were expecting for a fuller accentuations,” Tsarukyan said.
Speaking about negotiations the PAP leader said it will be possible to resume them after accentuating the issue of Artsakh’s independence.
“The issue of de jure independence of Artsakh must be stressed and then sit at the table of negotiations. Our people got Artsakh not easily, blood was shed for it,” Tsarukyan stressed.
