Azerbaijan must be able to apply peace-promoting language: Armenian FM
Nagorno Karabakh is formed political unit which has complete institutional system to express the wish and approaches of its people. They have elected leadership which reflects the voice of at least their electorate, Armenia’s foreign minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said in the NA today.
“This electorate has not elected the Armenian PM. Again the same issue raises we have many times spoken about,” he said.
Speaking about the recent joint session of Security Councils, Mnatsakanyan said that other working formats with Artsakh authorities exist.
“Naturally, we will continue working. Armenia will do everything to ensure Artsakh’s security and development,” Armenian FM said, adding that in its turn Azerbaijan must be able to apply peace-promoting language.
Mnatsakanyan said that military rhetoric will not bring to any good harbor.
