PM guarantees commitments of director of Opera Theatre to be implemented by deputy director

Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan guaranteed that no one from “outside” will assume the commitments of director of the Opera and Ballet National Academic Theatre.

The commitments will be implemented by deputy director, Opera conductor Harutyun Arzumanyan told the reporters after the meeting with Armenia’s Prime Minister.

“As of the moment, we are satisfied with the meeting. Mr Prime Minister said he guarantees that the commitments of the director will not be put on a person from “outside” and they will be implemented by our deputy director. We agreed to get the provisions of the law, the issues, the groundings to be able to present our counterarguments,” Arzumanyan said.

He said Pashinyan stressed that if any of the presented arguments is false, the presenter will be punished and dismissed.
