Annual telethon of Hayastan All Armenian Fund to take place

The annual telethon of Hayastan All Armenian Fund will take place, head of the Marketing and PR department of the Fund Davit Banuchyan told Aysor.am, referring to the publication of Zhamanak paper that more probably this year it will not take place.

At the same time he convinced that unlike the circulating news, the preparatory works are in process.

“As far as the leadership of the Fund has changed and we must come up with strategically new ideas it will be untimely to speak about them. In June of the running year meeting with Artsakh’s president, guests from the USA are scheduled. The telethon will take place. I cannot say in what format it will take place, but I can convince that it will take place,” Banuchyan said.

He stressed that this year’s telethon will really be unprecedented with a number of new ideas having been forwarded for making the Fund closer to people and more transparent.

“We are planning to closely cooperate with mass media, work out strategy. We will share with our programs with media, so give us time, as it is said, let us work [laughs – auth.]”
