In new Armenia being or nor being someone’s friend has no influence on process of investigation: Ararat Mirzoyan

Armenian National Assembly speaker Ararat Mirzoyan refrains from commenting the criminal charges brought against head of State Control Service Davit Sanasaryan. The authorities of Sanasaryan have been temporarily suspended.

“I will refrain from commenting on this issue,” Mirzoyan said.

Asked whether the situation over Sanasaryan will not influence on the rating of the revolution, the NA speaker said, “In any case, the revolution’s rating will only grow, this is all I will say. Please do not ask me about it anymore,” Mirzoyan stressed.

To the claims of the reporters to say his opinion on whether Sanasaryan may have appeared in corruption chain, Mirzoyan said, “First of all, Davit Sanasaryan is my friend, secondly it does not matter. In new Armenia being a friend, acquaintance, relative has no influence on the process of investigation and the decision.”
