Gagik Tsarukyan is not dealing with entrepreneurship: Gevorg Petrosyan

Leader of Prosperous Armenia party Gagik Tsarukyan is not dealing with entrepreneurship, lawmaker of the faction Gevorg Petrosyan told Aysor.am, commenting on the information about complaint submitted to Armenia’s Attorney general Artur Davtyan against lawmaker Gagik Tsarukyan by the secretary of the Civil Contract party’s executive body Suren Sahakyan.

In the statement the Civil Contract party said that the complaint relates to the suspicion on illegal entrepreneurship. If proved, the authorities of the lawmaker must be suspended.

“In the Republic of Armenia business must be separated from the state governance system, that’s all,” the party’s statement says.

“I am not familiarized with the materials but I know that Mr Tsarukyan is not dealing with entrepreneurship,” the lawmaker said.

Asked whether the PAP leader is aware of Sahakyan’s actions and whether he expressed position over them, Petrosyan said that he did not see Tsarukyan and has no information.
