Charges brought against Davit Sanasaryan false: lawyer
The charges brought against Davit Sanasaryan are false, lawyer Inessa Petrosyan, defending interests of the former chairman of the State Control Service told at a news conference today.
“He [Davit Sanasaryan] has not done anything to be criminally persecuted, this all is made up by the NSS investigative department,” the lawyer said.
The lawyer said there is a biased attitude toward their defendant.
Sanasaryan’s other lawyer Arsen Sardaryan said that the filed criminal case excludes Sanasaryan’s involvement in the status of a defendant.
The lawyer said the actions by the NSS resulted in the loss of trust toward this structure.
“We do not know whether it is a strict mistake by the investigative body, or there are other dark waters, nevertheless, there is a fact that the person who devoted all his life to fight is being criminally persecuted for this fight,” Arsen Sardaryan said.
