Ex-lawmaker Samvel Alexanyan interrogated for two hours at Investigative Commitee
Former lawmaker Samvel Alexanyan was interrogated on April 30 in the Investigative Committee. The information has been confirmed to Aysor.am by the head of the committee’s press service Naira Harutynyan.
“Samvel Alexanyan has been interrogated as a witness,” Harutynyan said, refusing to unveil any other details.
According to Aysor.am’s sources, the interrogation lasted for two hours.
He was summoned to the committee in the sidelines of the criminal case filed on the basis of program of anchor Hamlet Ghushchyan.
The criminal case has been filed on the basis of Article 131 and 38-131 (kidnap and attempt to kidnap).
Ghushchyan stated that after giving the name of Lusastgh vodka (belonging to Alexanyan) he was kidnapped and taken to former lawmaker and businessman Samvel Alexanyan who kept the gun on him and threatened. The case refers to the early 2000s.
