Armenia’s Attorney General’s office appeals two decisions of Yerevan court
Armenia’s Attorney General’s office has appealed the two decisions of the Yerevan court of general jurisdiction over Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan and others case, public relations department head of the office Arevik Khachatryan told Aysor.am.
In particular, the Attorney General's office appealed the two decisions of judge Davit Grigoryan – stay of proceeding of March 1 case and change of preventive measure of Robert Kocharyan.
On May 20 judge Davit Grigoryan ruled change of preventive measure of Kocharyan and others and applied to Constitutional Court to decide the constitutionality of the article Kocharyan and others are charged with.
