March 1 case to be examined by Court of Appeal judge Armen Danielyan
The petition of Prosecutor General against the release of Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan and suspension of the case will be examined by judge of the Court of Appeal Armen Danielyan, Aysor.am has learnt from datalex.
Earlier Aysor.am reported that the Prosecutor General’s office and the successors of the victim were dissatisfied with the court’s decision.
Judge Davit Grigoryan decided to suspend March 1 case and address it to Constitutional Court as well as released Robert Kocharyan under the guarantees of two presidents of Artsakh.
Prosecutor Petros Petrosyan demanded from the Court of Appeal to fully annul the decision of the court and make a new judicial act.
