Pashinyan: Nagorno Karabakh authorities not aware of negotiation process before, I handed them corresponding documents

I had several meetings with the military-political leaderships of Nagorno Karabakh and Armenia and presented my vision of Karabakh conflict settlement, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told the reporters today.

“I was also interested whether there are any objections regarding my vision, whether they agree with it or not and it appeared that all agreed with it,” the Prime Minister said.

He stressed after this people present at the meeting are provoking saying that this government sells lands.

“I have sat and spoken with this person in condition of secrecy on how I imagine moving forward in this issue, and this person goes out and tells his assistant go and write that Pashinyan is selling lands. Why does he act so? He knows by 100% what is going on. By the way when his friend was on power here, he did not have any information, they did not even consider it necessary to inform him what goes on, what they think about it and what they want to be done,” Pashinyan said, adding that he has handed documents about Karabakh conflict negotiation process to the Nagorno Karabakh authorities.

“They were not aware of them at all. Before this, they did not know what the negotiations were being held over. I have asked them five times, they said they are not aware,” Pashinyan said.
