Any step aimed to shutter Armenia-Artsakh unity inadmissible: Bako Sahakyan

One of our biggest achievements is our unity and any step to shutter it is inadmissible be it in Artsakh, Armenia or Diaspora, President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan said in an interview with Artsakhpress and Free Artsakh paper.

Referring to Pashinyan’s statement about some conspiracy forces and representatives of Artsakh leadership who tell their assistants write in Facebook that Pashinyan is selling lands, Bako Sahakyan said, “I have been addressed such like question particularly on May 20 at the meeting with My Step faction lawmakers and reporters and I have said if there are such forces they will be punished, and if someone knows a concrete person, if there are facts proving their conspiracy let them present it to us and we will undertake corresponding measures,” Sahakyan said.

“One of our important achievements is our unity and I consider it inadmissible to undertake any steps aimed at shuttering it be it in Artsakh, Armenia or Diaspora. If there are doubts, distrust over this or that phenomenon or person or official the issue is to be solved through discussions in atmosphere of mutual respect. We have one homeland and our duty is to do everything to preserve this unity,” Sahakyan stressed.
