Vetting in the state system practically launched: Armenia’s PM
Vetting in the state system has practically launched, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told the reporters today, stressing that there is a crisis in Armenia’s judicial system.
“Court of Cassation makes statement against the Constitutional Court, the Board of Judges makes statement against Supreme Judicial Council. It means the judicial system accepts the existence of crisis. The courts do not trust each other, but our issue is not to take the scythe and mow all,” the PM said, adding that their issue is to have independent judicial system.
The head of the government again stressed that he does not have any influence on the decision of courts and pointing the arrows exclusively on him is wrong.
