Putin and Pashinyan do not refer to Karabakh conflict settlement during the meeting
President of Russia Vladimir Putin and Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan have not referred to Karabakh conflict settlement issue at the meeting in St. Petersburg, Russian president’s spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, according to Interfax.
“Karabakh conflict was not discussed,” Peskov said.
Earlier PM’s spokesperson Vladimir Karapetyan told Armenpress that during the meeting the parties referred to Karabakh conflict but the issues mainly referred to the economic agenda.
“No detailed discussion of Karabakh conflict took place,” Karapetyan said, adding that the sides just noted the existence of common understanding over the issue.
