Adekvad founder arrested for repeating Pashinyan’s associate’s statement

Representative of Adekvad Grigor Minasyan stated that six police officers entered the office of their organization without any grounds and arrested the founder of the organization, opposition figure Artur Danielyan.

“According to our information, the reason of the arrest is that Danielyan simply repeated the statement of one of the associates of the regime, Nikol Pashinyan’s associate who though has not been brought to responsibility for it,” Minasyan said, adding that Danielyan’s arrest has political motivation.

On May 25 at the rally to support Nikol Pashinyan his associate Jivan Avetisyan stated that if Robert Kocharyan goes to Artsakh he will be the first one to urge people “go and crash Bako Sahakyan’s head.”

At a news conference yesterday Artur Danielyan complaining of the atmosphere of impunity in the country said they will soon call to “go and crash Nikol Pashinyan’s head".

Unlike, Avetisyan though, Danielyan was taken to police department for his statement.
