Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan signs number of decrees, appoints Levon Mnatsakanyan head of Artsakh police
On 11 June Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan approved the Government’s decision on releasing Levon Mnatsakanyan from the post of the director of the Artsakh Republic State Service on Emergency Situations in connection with assuming a new position.
On the same day the President approved another decision of the Government on appointing Vladik Khachatryan director of the State Service on Emergency Situations releasing him from the position of deputy director of the Service.
The Head of the State signed a decree according to which head of the Artsakh Republic Police Igor Grigoryan was released from the post in connection with assuming a new position.
President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on appointing Levon Mnatsakanyan head of the Artsakh Republic Police.
According to another Presidential decree signed on the same day Igor Grigoryan was appointed adviser to the Artsakh Republic President- Artsakh Republic President's representative at large.
President Sahakyan thereafter attended the Artsakh Republic Police and presented newly appointed head of the Police Levon Mnatsakanyan to the staff wishing him an efficient work. The Head of the State expressed gratitude to Igor Grigoryan for his activity.
On the same day the President attended the Artsakh Republic State Service on Emergency Situations and presented newly appointed director Vladik Khachatryan to the staff wishing him an efficient work.
