Defense Ministry studied circumstances of 2016 April war, to present it to ad hoc committee: minister
Armenia’s Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan believes that the creation of ad hoc committee for studying April war circumstances was right if there was a public demand.
“If the public is satisfied with the answers to be given as a result of works of the committee, of course it is fine. All the questions will find answers,” Tonoyan told the reporters today.
In response to the question of reporter, the defense minister said that the study of the ex defense minister Seyran Ohanyan exists and will be provided to the committee.
“It is professional analysis not available for public. It will be provided to the committee,” Tonoyan said.
Seyran Ohanyan said about the analysis in one of his interviews, stressing that all the studies relating to April war have been conducted and there was no need to create parliamentary ad hoc committee.
The defense minister was in the National Assembly today briefing to the Defense, Security Affairs Standing Committee on 2018 budget implementation.
