Armenia’s parliament approves 2018 budget implementation
After lasting discussions the Armenian parliament approved today the 2018 budget implementation report.
It was backed by 99 lawmakers, other 17, from Prosperous Armenia faction voted against it.
Before the approval Armenia’s prime minister, government members delivered speeches.
Before the voting My Step faction lawmaker Babken Tunyan stated that the voting is for the budget in the implementation of which participated Prosperous Armenia and Bright Armenia factions as members of government.
“Giving assessment to the implementation you also give assessment to the work you have done,” Tunyan said.
“The emigration rate has not reduced, the employment issues raise concerns, solution of social issues has not progressed, I do not say that nothing is being done, but there is no visible progress,” Prosperous Armenia faction lawmaker Gevorg Petrosyan said.
