Territories of Armenia, Artsakh protected from any encroachments: commander

The drills with the involvement of anti-air defense divisions of the Artsakh Defense Army continue with corresponding divisions having been brought to the highest level of combat readiness.

The anti-air defense divisions are implementing combat launches on air targets. The military units are successfully implementing the issues and were praised by the leadership.

S-300, upgraded S-125, Osa-AK and Strela-10 anti-missile complexes and Igla-S and Verba types are involved in the exercises.

Commander of military unit, deputy colonel Sevak Torozyan said Armenia and Artsakh are ready for any encroachment.

“We are ready for any encroachment, the territories of Armenia and Artsakh are protected from each encroachments,” he said.

The commander said six minutes are necessary to bring the system to combat readiness.

“In six minutes the complexes are at N1 combat readiness ready to implement their tasks,” the commander said, adding that S-300 complexes are mobile and may move to any place.
