Manvel Grigoryan to undergo new judicial-medical expertise
Yerevan court of general jurisdiction chaired by judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan upheld today the petition of the prosecutors defending charges against ex-lawmaker Manvel Grigoryan and his spouse Nazik Amiryan on conduction of new expertise by judicial-medical commission.
The health ministry is instructed to conduct the expertise.
Both the defense and accusing sides forward questions to the commission.
The commission is to particularly answer the three important questions: what diseases Manvel Grigoryan has, may any of them be considered so grave to release him of custody and whether he may be kept in penitentiary in case of proper care or not?
After the publication of the decision the court hearing has been postponed as Manvel Grigoryan was not present at the hearing. Before it the doctors warned that his presence at the hearing is impossible due to possibility of health issues.
The court hearing on this case will take place in July 9.
