What Constitution says is obliging: Serzh Sargsyan
Armenia’s third president Serzh Sargsyan who was today in Armenia’s Aragatsotn region refused today to respond to the questions of reporters about Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
The ex-president referred only to the issue relating to the Day of Constitution.
“I congratulate on the Day of Constitution and wish all to protect our Constitution irrespective whether we consider it a good one or bad. It appears that each of us consider himself smarty, consider ourselves advocates and try to interpret the Constitution. What we have in Constitution is obliging,” Sargsyan said and left.
