Issues on opening workshop for reconstruction of parts of airplanes in Armenia discussed with investments: Tatevik Revazyan
The aviation-technical academy of Civil Aviation is in very bad condition, head of the Civil Aviation Committee Tatevik Revazyan told the reporters today.
“If you come and see our building, you will be very saddened, it is really in very bad condition,” Revazyan said.
She noted that works are being carried out with investors to make investments in Armenia taking into consideration Armenia’s important role in the region.
“I am not convinced that our investors will make investments in our academy in particular, they may probably would like to start a private business. But it will be clear after negotiations, now we are still in process,” she said, adding that there is interest also in opening pilot and engineer schools that will prepare pilots and engineers.
She said issues on opening workshop for reconstruction of parts of airplanes in Armenia is being discussed with investments.
“If we succeed it will create over 1,000 jobs,” she said.
