Spayka company allowed to work due to close relation with agriculture: Davit Ananyan

Spayka company is given an opportunity to work without interruptions, head of the State Revenue Committee Davit Ananyan told the reporters today, adding that the examination of the criminal case filed over the past activity of the company has been separated.

“The examination continues, we permanently get information from partner countries, accounts, make recalculations, but now, considering company’s close relation with agriculture we have separated the examination to give it an opportunity to work without problems,” Ananyan said.

As to whether the SRC intends to make concessions, Ananyan said, “You cannot say such thing. To concede means to go contrary to the law, which we are not going to do. We have work to do now, the investigators are doing their work, we are trying to acquire new facts,” Ananyan said.
