European Court of Human Rights makes a decision against Armenia, demands unprecedented sum for compensation
ECHR has published today a decision on Vardanyan and Nanushyan against Armenia obliging the Armenian government to pay the suffered side 1 million 600,000 Euros in three-month time, lawyer Sergey Grigoryan told Aysor.am.
He said it is an unprecedented amount of and exceeds the total sum of all the compensations.
Earlier the ECHR made a decision in this case registering the violation of property rights of Yerevan Buzand street residents Yuri Vardanyan, Artsashes Vardanyan and Shushanik Nanushyan.
