Sanitek subjected to aggressive administrative pressures: head of company
Sanitek company is being subjected to aggressive administrative pressures, head of the company Nicholas Tawil told the reporters today.
“One of the examples of the pressure is the criminal case instituted against Sanitek from February 2019. The criminal case is illegal and ungrounded. It is one of the many cases organized by the municipality aimed at exhausting the company’s resources to seize the property in unjust and biased way stemming from the interests of public,” the head of the company stated.
He said previously as well they were stating that breaching the contract with Sanitek is a political decision.
Member of the lawyer team of the company Armen Harutyunyan said that the criminal case has been instituted by the body which did not have such authorities. He stressed that the case has been filed with the rough violations of legal terms.
“Our team is working with the municipality and we have filed a lawsuit against municipality,” Armen Harutyunyan said.
It has been stated earlier that the company representatives will give a press conference in Tbilisi. Explaining the reasons the company stated that the leadership of the company does not have guarantees that illegal persecutions will not be launch against them upon their arrival in Yerevan.
“But to avoid the new propaganda against the company and not to lose the main purpose the company stated about conducting press conference in Yerevan,” the statement said. The head of company joined the press conference via video communication.
