Crete is hit by third earthquake in two weeks as 5.2-magnitude tremors rock Greek holiday island
Crete has been hit by a third earthquake in two weeks after 5.2-magnitude tremors rocked the Greek holiday island this morning.
The quake struck about 40 miles north of the island at a depth of 35 miles, say experts, with the tremors also felt on Santorini.
It comes a fortnight after Crete was shaken by a 5.3-magnitude quake, and a day 5.0 magnitude tremors shook the same island.
