Azerbaijan may expect surprises if continues acting same way: DM spokesperson

Spokesperson of Armenia’s Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan referred in a Facebook post to another disinformation of Azerbaijani side.

“The Azerbaijani border guard service has spread regular information bait presenting the move of combat services in own territory as an exclusive advantage, which unfortunately gets immediate response by Armenian information field,” Hovhannisyan wrote, adding that the moves of positions in the frontline are of permanent nature, but unlike Azerbaijan the Armenian side usually does not make it public as its goal is not to advertise any of its activity but maintain the operative privilege over the adversary and keep him under control.

“Nevertheless, if the Azerbaijani side continues this way they should expect surprises in the form of presentation of operative-strategic privileges acquired by the Armenian side as a result of professional actions of the Armenian armed forces. Our military know their work and I would ask you not to bother them and allow implement their issues,” Hovhannisyan wrote.
