Head of vice-premier’s office refutes information about any relation between his father and Lebanese ELARD company
Head of deputy PM Tigran Avinyan’s office Varag Siseryan dismissed information about the connection between the Lebanese Earth Link and Advanced Resources Development (ELARD) company and his father, who is representative of Lebanese government.
The Armenian government allocated 396,900$ for the implementation of independent expertise.
“I was told about such talks and reported to vice PM Tigran Avinyan and other bodies. I was going to speak about it earlier as well. I state that this information has absolutely no relation with reality, I am even thinking about filing lawsuit. My father was Lebanese PM’s advisor for years and his relation with that company is even unimaginable. If it is a Lebanese company and my father is a member of Lebanese government does it mean there is any connection?” Siseryan asked.
Activist Anna Shahnazaryan stated that the Environmental front has not made any statement regarding Varag Siseryan.
The government official promised to raise the issue at the government.
