51 million cubic meters less water released from Lake Sevan this year: Armenia’s PM
As of August 12, 51 million cubic meters less water has been released from Lake Sevan, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on Facebook.
“As of August 12 the volume of water released from Lake Sevan makes 93 million cubic meters against 144 cubic meters of the past year. It means the possibility of the need to release over 170 cubic meters set by the law is quite small.
This situation is more or less agreed with favorable weather and implementation of emergency measures in water management sector,” he wrote.
