Export of Armenian fruit wine grows by 41% in 2019: Armenia’s PM
The export of fruit wine from Armenia in the first 7 months of the year has grown by 41% with about 6,3 million USD equivalent wine having been exported, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on Facebook.
“To speak frankly, previously I treated this kind of production suspiciously but this year during the wine festival on Saryan street I got convinced that the Armenian wine makers succeeded in bringing the pomegranate wine in particular, on a completely new high level and this product has all the chances to become a new Armenian brand,” the head of the government wrote.
