My Step faction lawmaker does not share Zhirayr Sefilyan’s viewpoint about snap parliamentary elections in Armenia in 2020
My Step faction lawmaker Hovik Aghazaryan does not share the viewpoint of Sasna Tsrer party leader Zhirayr Sefilyan that certain foreign forces influence the Armenian parliament.
“I do not agree with this viewpoint as from the very first seconds of the revolution, from its preparation moments I was there, in the springs. I convince that there is no foreign force and the victory is agreed with it. People trusted the political team which organizes everything on its own and is not subjected to any force,” he said, adding that he neither shares Sefilyan’s viewpoint about snap parliamentary elections next year.
Referring to Pashinyan-Sefilyan meeting, the lawmaker said that he cannot give any deep assessment to it.
“The meeting has already taken place. More probably, the prime minister found it necessary to meet him. I do not see any terrible thing in it,” the parliamentarian said.
