Accusation against my father lack any murder, the accusation is empty: Levon Kocharyan

Son of Armenia’s ex-president claims the accusations of the prosecutor are empty.

“I want it to be clear for all, many do not want to go into details but I want to say that there are neither murders, nor orders to murder [in the accusations]. They confuse people on purpose,” Levon Kocharyan stated before the launch of the trial of the case against Robert Kocharyan.

As to the claims that the key defendant in March 1 case is his father Robert Kocharyan and he must stay in custody, Kocharyan junior said, “Don’t this people want to ask, to go deeper and understand the whole situation? Davit Shahnazaryan and other representatives of that time opposition urged the protesters move to other place, but Nikol Pashinyan said “no, stay where you are and continue the fight, build barricades. Don’t this people want to ask him questions?”
