Newly appointed head of EU delegation to Armenia passes to work

Armenia’s foreign minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan received today newly appointed head of EU delegation to Armenia Andrea Wiktorin on the occasion of handing the copies of her credentials.

Minister Mnatsakanyan congratulated the newly appointed EU diplomat on assuming the responsible mission, expressing conviction that during her tenure the head of the delegation will contribute to the further development and enhancement of Armenia-EU partnership.

The minister also briefed on the policy adopted by the current government, referred to the reforms, stressing the importance of EU’s assistance in their implementation.

During the meeting the interlocutors discussed a wide-range of issues on Armenia-EU partnership agenda. In particular, they referred to the expected high-level reciprocal visits, Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement and the road map.
