ARF-D: Incumbent authorities adopted path of monopoly and overthrow of constitutional order

Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun has issued a statement over the recent developments in Armenia, and in judicial-legal sector in particular.

The statement says that the statements of the NA speaker and the head of the My Step faction not only confirmed their concern but registered the reality that the ruling force adopted the path of establishing complete monopoly and overthrow of the constitutional order.

In the statement the ARF-D urged the legislative and executive branches of the power to refrain from anti-state actions.

“We urge the judges to stay committed to their mission registered in the Constitution which is the implementation of justice. We urge the political forces and people committed to country’s future consolidate over real national agenda,” the statement said.

“With equivalent steps and actions we will confront all the programs of the authorities which will ruin the integrity of Constitutional norms in the country and the domestic stability and development,” the statement said.
