Armenia keeps staying in the range of high economic growth: Armenia’s PM
Armenia keeps staying in the range of high economic growth having registered 7,6 economic activeness index in August 2019 as compared with the August of 2018, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on Facebook.
The prime minister wrote that the industrial growth in August 2019 reached 9,5%, the growth in the construction sector made 4,4%, in trade turnover 9%.
Pashinyan also reported that the growth in service sector made 15,5%, in export 4,6%.
He also wrote that the average monthly salary has grown by 5,7%.
“I will add that in August we did not have growth in prices but registered their reduction. In general, Armenia registers low price growth index,” the PM said, adding that the registered figures must encourage all for better work.
