Valeriy Osipyan resigns from post of PM’s chief advisor
According to Aysor.am’s reliable sources, former chief of Armenia’s Police Valeriy Osipyan who has been appointed PM’s chief advisor has submitted resignation application.
After firing him from post on September 18, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decree appointing him chief advisor. On the same day information was released that Osipyan learnt about the appointment from the press.
Being against his appointment, Osipyan refused to go to work, and the human resources department of the government again without his awareness sent him for holiday.
Today the time of the holiday expired and Osipyan was to go to work but instead he submitted resignation application.
Aysor.am tried to contact with the former chief of the police but he was unavailable the whole day long.
